This API serves context layers AROUND a place in Austria — land prices, Natura 2000 / protected areas, OpenStreetMap proximity, geographic names, legal references, municipalities — and NE cells: declared land-use STATISTICS per H3 cell (no object ids, numbers or geometry). It serves no parcel-level data. Every response names its own source in meta.license and the X-Data-Attribution header; obligations differ per source.

Not served. Cadastre (parcels, building footprints, Benützungsart polygons, EZ, GNR). Clients that need it assemble it themselves from the BEV vector tiles (CC BY 4.0) — see bevdirect, https://github.com/raffopenssh/vtcseamless (MIT) — and pass us only a point (lon/lat) plus their own features.

Every /api/ response carries Link: <…>; rel="license" and X-Data-Attribution headers and a meta.license block naming its own source.
